Nothing excites Garrett more than teaching math and science to enthusiastic learners. He views math as the shared language of the universe, with science being the novel that mathematics wrote.
Graduating with a B.S. in Computer Science from Chapman University, Garrett has since built a reputation as a top-tier math and science instructor in the Orange County area. Before joining AR, Garrett served as an assistant director at a Newport Beach prep center, where he coached hundreds of students to ACT and SAT success. He first discovered his passion for teaching while working as the head Calculus and Physics tutor in Chapman’s Tutoring, Learning, and Testing Center, and he has been guiding students through the complexities of math ever since.
When Garrett isn’t busy thinking about math or reading new science articles, he is often found at Angel Stadium rooting for his favorite baseball team or hiking in the mountains.
